Meals for the Next 2 Weeks

Monday: Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup
Tuesday: Burritos
Wednesday: Double batch of chili and cornbread from scratch
Thursday: Thanksgiving! (I'm writing a separate blog about that)
Fri: Leftovers, as is traditional
Saturday: Meat and Potato Burgers (I use whole wheat buns instead and baby spinach rather than watercress)
Sunday: Spinach Artichoke Tortellini (SO good, it's like eating a pasta dish made out of the dip you get as an appetizer, another RR. I sub non fat half and half for the cream)

Monday: Italian Turkey Meatloaf (Mom's recipe, it is nothing like any of the meatloaf anyone else ever tried to serve me. It's filled with cheese and there is no ketchup involved!)
Tuesday: Lasagna Soup (I should type out the recipe, it is SO good, found it in a random magazine during pregnancy and wrote it down while waiting at the midwife!)
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Spaghetti
Friday: (out)
Saturday: Baked Potato Soup
Sunday: Greek Chicken (SO easy, I'm not crazy about it, but Nelson loves it: chicken, potatoes, carrots, a ton of garlic, oregano and some EVOO in the slow cooker for 5 hours)

I'm going to look up some of these recipes! I hope you post the lasagna soup...I love lasagna!
