Okay, I'm finally getting back into the swing of things with cooking and meals. I have been meaning to post, but just didn't get to it. I am trying almost all new recipes this cycle, so I'm excited to taste! So, here goes for the next 2 weeks:

Su Slow Cooker Vegetarian Baked Ziti
The slow cooker recipes are from Fresh From the Vegetarian Slow Cooker which I bought after repetedly checking it out at the library. The rest of the recipes are from The Everything Tex-Mex Cookbook. I've been checking out cookbooks a lot and have bought those 2 on Ebay, less than 5 bucks each!! Love it!
